I usually write down things as I think of them during the week. So far, this is my list.

Olive Oil
chicken
ground beef
yogurt
cottage cheese
sour cream
vitamin water
pepsi
bread
french bread
garlic
onions
tomatoes
green beans
broccoli
green peppers
lettuce
bananas
watermelon
cantaloupe
shredded cheese
tomato sauce
tomato paste
taco mix and shells
spaghetti noodles

Paper Plates
Dishwashing Liquid
Soap
Shampoo
Conditioner
Butter/Margerine
Laundry Soap
Bleach
Fabric Softener
Olive Oil
Pepper
Salt
Garlic
Onions
Diet soda
Milk
Those are always on my list.

Then you can add from there
Fruits
Fresh Veggies
Boneless skinless Chicken
Ground Turkey
Bread
Tortillas
Lettuce
Lunchmeats
Cheese
Cottage Cheese
Natural Peanut Butter for the furkids,lol
Baby Carrots (for furkids)
Bacon
Eggs
Cereal
English Muffins
Bagels
Ice Cream (my weakness,lol)

Spagetti Noodles

Things I buy by the case/delivered

Flame Roasted Muir Glen crushed toms

organic free range, low sodium chix broth
Whole wheat flax pastas

shower curtain liner (time for a new one!)
body wash

ziploc bags

milk-skim and 2%
frozen boneless chicken breasts
tilapia or salmon fillets (frozen)
1 lb ground beef (for the dogs)
bag of shrimp
bananas
other fruit-maybe melon, grapes, or oranges?
yogurt
frozen raspberries
frozen strawberries
hot sauce
bleu cheese salad dressing
frozen stir fry veggies
frozen peas
tortilla chips
peach salsa
pasta-angel hair, mini-shells, rotini
packet of stir fry seasoning
sweet and sour sauce
canned pineapple chunks
whole wheat bread
peanut butter
spaghetti sauce
romaine or green leaf lettuce
croutons
red wine
ice cream
garlic bread
sharp cheddar cheese
hummus
pita bread

I think that should do it for a week or two!
