we are on our way to NYC tomorrow until friday. last time i went out of town i got a few PMs assuming the worst... lol... SO this time i'll tell you that i won't be on for a week

Layla had a great first night at the babysitters friday night and is still recouperating! We leave around 6 am tomorrow so she is going to stay home alone until around 9 when a friend is going to bring her to the sitters. I'm still VERY nervous about leaving her but i know she will have fun! it is supposed ot be cloudy every day we are in new york which is GREAT!!! as long as it dones't rain

Wow, lucky you, I've never been to NYC! Have a wonderful time and it sounds like Layla will be well taken care of while you're gone

HAVE A GREAT TRIP AND A WONDERFUL TIME IN NYC.............relax and enjoy your visit. See you when you get back and post some "special pics" of your time in NY. You will be missed.

you will have a blast. i have been to NYC several times and would move there if I could. i love it. An absolute must is Chinatown. out of all the well known tourist spots there is in NYC, i could sspend days jjust in Chinatown.

we are!! we are going to see Wicked on Thrusday Night.. my mom and i have already seen it in Toronto, and loved it SO much.. we thought my dad woudl like ti too

(he's not crazy about plays..)

Have fun, Marci and Layla! Layla will do GREAT at the babysitter's! Don't worry about her too much-she'll be having fun with her new friends and eating like a queen!

Enjoy your trip to NYC! Sounds like a fun time you have planned!

And...thanks for letting us know you were going to be gone this time so we don't worry about why you haven't posted in a whole 24 hours!

Thanks everyone.. we got into around noon... bit rainy here.... and we had a much needed nap but all i can think about is my Layla
