That's exactly what I read somewhere...if you want to eat right or to lose weight to keep the majority of your shopping on the outside isle of the store....start at the produce...swing it around to the meat case, only fish caught in the wild, no farm raised, chicken,etc..... go to the dairy case for your yogurt, eggs, maybe low fat cheese, skim milk etc....around to the bread, of course whole grain and your out....very little from the inner isles, maybe some brown rice,oats etc......sounds good in theory but in reality it just doesn't happen ...

I should of read the original post better. LOL I thought it was about taking the cell and making an antibiotic out of it. That's what my grandma is doing.
