|  OMG! Let's pray he doesn't get ANY animals EVER again. And I think I'm using the word "animal" the wrong way. He's the animal. So sad.

| That is so sad how could someone do that to there dog! They should charge it as a felony and how could they even think about giving it back to him ! Poor thing! they should tape his mouth shut and put him outside see how he likes it!
