| pulled tendon.. heat or cold??? i think i strained the tendon that runs down the front of my neck.. it is sore to the touch and sore when i move it and is making the botton of my jaw a bit sore... i was napping (well layla was napping) this afternoon and my neck was at like a 90 degree angle but i didn't want to move because Lay was napping, anyways... so hot or cold??? or might be be a pinched nerve? anyone know about this stuff... lol... |

| Cold at first onset and then switch to hot after. At least that is what I was always told! Hope you feel better soon.

| Yes, I have also always been told cold at first and then hot after the first couple of days...Get better quick!!
