| Anyone Ever Try A Detoxifying Diet? I saw a segment on The View about this, the particular diet is called, 21 Pounds In 21 Days. I am not thrilled about what you have to eat (liquidfied veggies....spinach, brussel sprouts, etc.) but willing to try it, I think. I suffer from chronic migraines and on the days that I do not have a migraine, I have really bad headaches...this has gotten to be a daily thing. I wake up with a really bad headache that may or may not turn into a migraine and my Imitex no longer works. I was in tears yesterday because I am sooooooo tired and frustrated and feel that I am missing out on so much fun with my 2 toddlers. I am mentally and physically drained 99.9999999% of the time because I don't sleep due to my head hurting. I have a specialist that has done different tests, one being a MRI and has not found anything. If I can try something like a detoxing of my body, would this help with my health issues and also give me more energy? I would think that I had died and gone to heaven if my pain would stop and if I wasn't so incredibly exhausted alllllllllll of the time!! I cannot even explain how excited I would be if I didn't feel tired and worn out like I do....I am tearing up just thinking about it. I want so badly to enjoy my life and to feel like a normal human being!! Ok, any insight on these diets would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for my rant! | Check drnatura.com I'm doing this program right now and it doesn't interfere with my life at all. I lost 3lbs the first week and can tell a difference in my hair and nails. I like that it's all natural and safe. |

| It does help with energy levels. Also helps your immune system. The best part is, it's not really a diet. It's a colon cleanse and they have another program that is a detox to rid your body of toxins and heavy metals. Interesting stuff. |
