| Movies... Has anyone gone to the movies lately? I haven't went to the movies since Chronicles of Narnia was out. I need to get out more! I want to see Pirates of the Caribbean 3 but never seem to make it to the theatre. Grrrr... Everytime I seem to have a free day nothing good is playing.

| The last time I went to the movies was when the movie Sideways first came out. I don't like going to movies because of all the talking and coughing plus I always seem to have someone seven feet tall sit right in front of me. I wish IMax was in my town or at least close by. |

I'm not sure what all is out. We watched the holiday the other day and I really liked that movie. All I do is rent movies here lately. This past week we got bridge to terabithia and ghost rider. From the bits I did see of ghost rider it kinda freaked me out. But that isn't very hard to do. I've never heard of children of men. I guess that tells me something too. hehe

| Here in germany. THe military post here dose not get the film until its almost over with back home or untill its almost out on DVD. unless its a big movie like spiderman or something like that. Last time I Went to the movies, shrek 3 was playing. I dont think I will even be seeing a movie any times soon. We dont have AC here and setting in a HOT and stuffy room for a hr or more..is not my idea of fun, when you are trying to watch a movie. Last edited by OLIVIA_KARHIS; 06-29-2007 at 01:32 AM. |

| I LOVE the movies. I prefer it over staying home and watching it on DVD, especially for comedies. I think it's because I feed off of the audience's energy and laughter. So far this summer I've seen: Pirates 3 - I actually was at the Technicolor film lab that day when they were making copies for distribution. The movie itself wasn't as good as the other 2, but stay until the end after the credits because there's a "special" ending. Oceans 13 - I love this movie. Probably my favorite movie this summer. Watch if you love comedies, Brad, and George. Spiderman 3 - This one was good as well. Knocked Up - Funny! Katherine Heigl is so cute in it. Rescue Dawn - I went to the special screening last night. It's an indie film with Christian Bale. I liked it alot. Movies coming up I plan on seeing: - Rush Hour 3 - Harry Potter - Transformers - License to Wed There's more.. I can't think of right now. Also, if you live in LA, the film festival is going on until July 1st. |

| Oh and I forgot to add, that if you want to watch a movie with a yorkie in it, watch Tim Burton's Ed Wood with Johnny Depp. You only see them in a couple of scenes though. Also Funny Face with Audrey Hepburn. It was actually her very own yorkie, Mr. Famous. He's in one scene with her. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I don't get to the show much either -- I figure it justifies having cable that way. I would like to go see Evening and Sicko. License to Wed looks cute, but I'll wait on that one. |

| shrek 3 was great! i also loved "surf's up" about the surfing penguin. we rented "hannibal" which was more of a story than the puzzles i'm used to. still good. pirates 3 was good, but long. some parts are a bit bizzare. i wouldn't have minded that as a rental. if you like action, try Crank with the hot guy from transporter. ooo sexy!! (out for rent) going to probably go see transformers next week. other than that, not really much out. |
