I tried THREE times to watch that movie while I was taking an extended weekend recently. And every time I WAS INTERRUPTED.

Still on my list though.

We just went to see A Mighty Heart. Angelina Jolie is fabulous and it is a very good movie - likely to win some academy awards. However, it is not one to see if you are already feeling down.

We plan to see Sicko this weekend too.

Wish I had seen this message earlier today. Hubby is watching it while I am online. I think it is terrible, he seems to be enjoying it.

I take it back, he said it was terrible too. Didn't stop him from watching all of it though.

I dont think I will even be seeing a movie any times soon. We dont have AC here and setting in a HOT and stuffy room for a hr or more..is not my idea of fun, when you are trying to watch a movie.

Do they still play the American Anthem at the beginning all the military stand attention? You can always pic 'em out by the stance. LOL

Let's see, I've recently been to see Pirates 3 (LOVED it), Shrek the Third (it was OK, equal to the other 2), and Spiderman 3 (it was alright). I know we'll be back to see Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix when it opens on 7/13 and who knows what else. We are definately movie people though. We LOVE going to the movies. I especially like going in the middle of the day when there really aren't many people there.

Yeah lol.

They still play it and you can tell who is in the Military or in ROTC, by the way they stand during it.

I want to See 1408, I now Pronounce you chuck and Larry, Evan Almighty and my bf wants to see Transformers. I still wanna see Knocked up and I heard Pirates, and shrek 3 weren't that good.

I just took my 10 year old granddaughter to see Nancy Drew - it is GREAT! It is just the right combination of the old Nancy Drew, modern day LA and CAMP. It is quite campy but in a great way. It also has a wonderful message - it's OK to be different and to be true to yourself!

Oh yeah, my granddaughter loved it too!!!

The only things I've seen recently are Shrek 3 and Pirates 3. Shrek 3 was good, but not nearly as good as the other two. Pirates 3 was really good (but anything with JD in it is!).

I went to see Live Free or Die Hard last week and I thought it was great! I'm not one for mind-numbing action films but this one left me thoroughly entertained. Two thumbs up from me.

We saw that at the theater when it came out. Seems like a long time ago, and I never remember the title. But it is a great movie. We both loved it (my husband and me). I keep hearing rave reviews on "Waitress" with Kerrie Russell in it. I tried to talk my husband into going to see it today and he was being a stinker about "chic flix" and wouldn't go. I'm gonna have to take my daughter, I guess. A side story to that movie is that the writer/director/co-star, Adrienne Shelley, was murdered by her neighbor not long after the movie was finished....they say this movie was going to be her big break in hollywood...very sad. Anyway, I keep hearing how great it is, I can't wait to see it.

We dont really dont have much time to get to the movies...plus I dont think anyone around us would appreciate it if the had to sit near an 18 month old and a 3 year old..lol..we have netflix.
If you like scary movies all of the Saw movies were great. We like anything with Anthony hopkins in it also...he plays hannibal.
