| Trying to thin out my legs! I enjoy exercising and I have noticed that my legs are looking alittle to muscular. Any opinions on what is the best exercise to thin my legs out? Thanks |

| Did you try hanging by your ankles..... Seriously all I know is not to add a lot of weights when working them or you may build more bulk...what about just walking or bike riding??

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | You have it covered - great exercise regimen! I would recommend going to www.runnersworld.com and search for fast twitch vs. slow twitch muscles - this might help guide you. Btw, what exactly do you mean by "too muscular" - where is it too muscular?
