Trying to thin out my legs! I enjoy exercising and I have noticed that my legs are looking alittle to muscular. Any opinions on what is the best exercise to thin my legs out? Thanks:) |
Did you try hanging by your ankles..... Seriously all I know is not to add a lot of weights when working them or you may build more bulk...what about just walking or bike riding??:) |
It would help to know what kind of exercising you're doing...are you lifting or running or ? |
