Paris Hilton is a very unlikable person- she just is. What is very strange though is Nicole Richie got a DUI around the same time as Paris and her license hasn't even been suspended yet. What's with that?

I agree with you, Nobella. I don't like Paris, but I think she IS getting more punishment that most would have ever expected her to get.

What irritates me is that she is claiming "medical/health issues". If this was a complaint made by anyone else not so famous in her situation, would they get to go home early? Doubt it :thumbdown

She was given a break the first time she was pulled over for driving drunk. She was given probation as a break and she once again screwed up because they gave her a break the first time and got caught driving while her license was suspended. How many breaks does this girl get? Just because she isnt as bad as some of the others doesnt make it right. People are on death row and are dying and they have to stay in prison. I am sure they are alot sicker than she was. I dont see any of them getting to go home and do their time. Justice needs to be blind and not dependent on how much money you have or your popularity. What does this say to the next celebrity that decides to do the same?

She is a dangerous criminial in my books. Anyone that chooses to drink and drive puts everyone else in danger so therefore I consider her behind a criminal. She should do every minute of her time. Plus not only did she drink and drive but she did it again while on a suspended license. If that were someone like us (an every day person) for sure we would have been locked up so why should she be any different?

Sick...yeah sure. She sure wasn't sick right before with any medical conditions when she was out getting all her spa treatments. She just thinks she is above the law because of her family money.

How is it that she got a cell all alone while people were sleeping on the floor due to over crowding. She moaned about not enough blanket....please.

She is a spoiled, stuck up thing and has always gotten her way. She deserves to do her jail time like any and all other folks. She showed a blatant disregard for the law, then when she got off with a warning didn't give a rats butt...she went and did it again. So I say let her behind sit up in jail. If it were me I personally would have made her do 3 months time and then lose her license for 18 months and be on probation then.

I keep checking in on TMZ. They're updating constantly and it sounds like she's falling apart. They are definitely sending a message with this one. I also read after Lindsey Lohanns last DUI that the clubs cracked down on admitting underage people (even celebrities). They're calling it the "Lindsey Law".

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She'll get credit for at least 5 days already served.

Hilton left the courtroom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom." Hilton was also heard saying "It's not right."

One witness described the scene as: Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

Hilton's mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, "I'm paralyzed right now." Paris' father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.
