| OH MY GOSH A Snake My hubby went out to feed the bigger dogs and when he got to the Boxers kennel he found a snake, she had eaten the head off and the other end of it too. He checked her to see if he could find any bite marks, he didnt see any, but we will be keeping a close eye on her. Im not sure what kind of snake it was. so gross. Heres a picture of whats left of it |

| hey- my boyfriend is all into snakes he said it doesn't look poisionous but couldn't help to identify the snake by the body alone. You should call your vet just to let them know and ask if you should give anything to the boxer...Good luck

| I hate snakes. I hope your Boxer doesn't get sick from eating some of it. I'm glad the snake didn't bit him though. Please keep us informed if he is ok from that.

| I just google "snake identification" and there are bunch of sites but they are different for each state. Try looking up your state and see if you can ID it.

| YUCK! Our German Sheppard would kill the rattle snakes that would come in our yard. She would bark and pounce at the ground, bark at the house and look down, etc. We would go out there, and yep, she would have a snake! That scares me to death, but I am glad she does it! She has always been okay, never gotten sick or anything, if she had been struck by the snake.

She seems good, not sick and her hairs pretty thin so you can see her skin good, I dont see any bite marks, and im sure she would be sick by now if she was going to get sick. | |
