Donating YT 30K Club Member | I heard a good vet story today I had to take Maya into the Vet Specialty clinic today for a test to check to see if her meds are working and there are always like 20-40 dogs there. WHile I was waiting to pick Maya up a vet tech was standing there holding a jack russel puppy. I started to talk to her and she said that a man brought her in last night for a sore on her that he thought was a tick and it had been there for 2 weeks. It was a tumor not a tick and when the vet was checking the dog over he noticed it was limping really bad so he asked the owner what happened and he says. She was eating her frood the other day nad one of his kids went by the bowl and she growled so he kicked the puppy away!!! The vet said you have 2 choices 1. Surrender the dog to me right now or I call the cops and have you arrested for animal abuse!!!! Way yo go Doctor!!! The vet tech took him home and she has 4 other dogs, 2 are JAck Russels and she said the puppy was fine and showed no sign of food aggression. SO she said she is pretty sure she is keeping him. He was having his broken femur fixed today. The puppy is 6 months old and cute and loveable. It wanted to climb in to my arms. Her name was Laci. I thought it was so great of the vet to do that.
