| Plantation Shutters ??? Hi guys, well in all my visits to the states i have always loved the homes that have plantation shutters, its always been a dream of mine to have some. They recently have become popular here in Ireland, and what to you know, my dream came true and i got them all over my house about 8months ago now. I love them. My problem is, what do i clean them with? I always give them a regular dusting, but now they are starting to lose their pristine whiteness. Have you lovly people any ideas on what I can give them a real good cleaning with. All ideas welcome

| I can't help you, but my daughter has white ones too and I'm sure she's going to be asking the same questions! I will be checking in for answers!

| Those come in wood or some sort of plastic. The wood ones can be washed with a mild soap and water, but dry it with a towel just the minute you wash. Only do one side at a time. The plastic can also be washed with soap and water. |

| you can try murphys oil soap. I find that to work very well! Make sure you dilute it first though! |
