I LOVE TO COOK!this is going to be so fun, okay here i go for a salad i have a creation with tomatos and cucumber...first you want to peel your cucumbers then cut them into chunky pieces, then cut your tomatoes into big chunky pieces also then add lemon juice, very thin sliced onions, salt, and 1 tbs of kimchee base. if you can't find kimchee base then you can also use asian chilli sauce but only use 1tsp of that. mix all together let sit in the fridge for 1 hr and walla you have your cucumber tomatoe salad, very refreshing for the summer and goes really good with bbq! and is very simple to make :D |
I have a few recipes that I should dig out and post for you too. I am going out of town this weekend but when I get back I will make sure that I post. :) |

lemon chicken This is my sons favorite. take chicken legs let them sit in natural lime juice for about an hour. take chicken legs place in a baking dish lightly sprayed with pam. season with garlic powder, pepper,& salt. stick in oven at about 400 degrees covered till chicken reaches proper temp. Take a stick of margarine or butter melt on stove with more (the more lime the better)natural lime juice add salt pepper & a lil garlic.(can also add oregano) take chicken out uncover and brush with margarine mixture really good. stick chicken legs in broiler till lightly browned(uncovered). mixture also tastes great when we grill chicken as well. |
