Cardio makes you gain weight??

Reason being muscle is heavier than fat, so when you excercise you build muscle and you might not loss weight like you want, but you will go down in clothing sizes and clothing will fit different. Muscle weights more the fat, so it will make you gain some but you will lose inches. After time you will start to lose the weight too once you have bluked up abit.

I just can't understand how where told that no matter how much a women works out w/ weight she can never look, like or get as bid as, a man....I've seen those women in those bodybuilding contests & if you put a bag on most of their heads you would have to have them drop trou to check for gender.

They use hormones (testosterone)........steroids

Also, they eat mega amounts of protein and no carbs.
