I was supposed to go with hubby help his family move in MD and we had a fight and I stayed... I feel so bad now, was trying to keep myself busy and took Pepper to the park, now he's sleeping and I'm even more unhappy

. It was kind of my fault, the fight, I know I have a very difficult personality to deal with... What can I do to feel better...

That always makes me feel better!

Does he have a cell phone you can call him on and apologize and let him know you are sorry and miss being with him???? Make you feel better and I bet him too! JMO

I had chocolate cereal. then chocolate bar.... it usually helps but I really feel bad. And about calling, there goes the 'difficult' part. I hate admitting I might have been wrong. or saying sorry. Besides, I think I was right, at least a little bit

Sometimes you just have to take a deep breath and blurt it out.......SORRY, try it you will like it and the next time won't be so hard. I know you will feel better and I know he will certainly feel better and probably SHOCKED you said it! And so you were a little right and a little wrong. You should at least admit and apologize for the your "wrong" in it! You never know what can happend between now and when he comes home. Hubby and I never leave angered at each other...........awful way to leave things. Go ahead, I'll be here and back you up 100%.

I'll tell you what makes me feel better every time. A nice hot bubble bath, a warm cup of tea or cofee and a good tv programe. Oh and YORKIE TALK...LOL

If the fight was your fault, then you need to be responsible for YOUR part, be accountable and apologize.

Chattiesmom - the not popular answers - Usually truth hurts right, I don't mind hearing the truth and I know I go overboard a little sometimes.
Yeah, I mess up sometimes. But it's all good. I'll just have to make it up to hubby somehow now

I'm not one for suppressing "bad" feelings, and maybe you were partly right, but you're also sad. Maybe you can focus on what you love about him. It could minimize the angry feelings to the point where you could tell him about how you missed him, and then discuss your anger later on.

You know how men are - they don't like to be bombarded with all of our feelings at once. They seem to get confused, but they're awfully sweet and cute.

What helps for me is watching my fav. programs on t.v....funny ones to get me laughing. Or if it's that bad then just pick up the phone and call him.
