| I'm baaaaaaack! I had the surgery! Hello All YT Friends! First I want to say Thanks to all that sent me get well cards. It sure helps to brightned your day when your husband brings in the mail an there is 3-6 cards. Thank you all! I finally think I am awake enough to post something that might sound like I'm not all drugged up! haha! Still on pain meds. THey did the surgery last Thursday and I was in surgery for 2 hours. They took the bone graft from my heel instead my hip! Thank God! The doctor said he wanted to keep the pain all localized in the foot. So I thank him for that..Cause it is painful! They also put a long screw in it and a plate where they did the graft. I had to stay over nite because of the pain an I got sick from the anestesia.(Sp). I am home an having to keep it up all the time. It lets me know when I put it on the floor. I am on crutches for 8 weeks but I am used to them. Been on them so much for the last 8 years. Anyway, I missed my furbabies so much now they won't let me out of their sight! they are all over me now. I have a long road of healling ahead of me. I have this ultrasound machine thingy I have to put on 2 times a day to help bone healing and growth. So I will try to check out YT when I can. I LOVE YOU ALL! Thanks! I have to get well... I got a lot of singing engagements that people are wanting me back! lol! Brenda & Max & Bobo & Libby gives (((((((HUUUUGGGSS))) to everyone! |
