OMG how awful!!

That address is not too far from where I live. I wish I saw this thread yesterday because I would have gone there to see if it's true and taken that poor baby. I couldn't possibly keep him but I would have brought him to a no-kill animal shelter.

ASPCA emailed me... I am sure it is just a protocol email.

the address you have provided

I sure hope this was a bad joke...I cant understand if anyone really did do this, why they would?? Shelters are everywhere!! I hope we can find out more about this story!!
