I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Guys can be jerks sometimes, but there are good guys out there, trust me. Sometimes you have to go through a few bad ones before you can truly appreciate a good one. *hugs*

You are so much better off, my first hubby cheated and the pain I felt was horriable, once that trust is gone it is so hard to get back.

I would rather be alone and happy than miserable and with someone. There is that perfect guy that will treat you like the princess you are out there!

Go find him once you have healed! I know I did, I wouldn't trade him for the world.

I'm sorry that happened in your life. Cheating is a very tough thing to deal with. It's just so painful in so many ways. Glad you made the decision now that he doesn't belong in your life. We'll try to help keep you on top so you don't slip down the hill.

Spend time with yourself, do things for yourself, make new friends and experiance life without a guy for a change! Oh honey... you can date who ever you want without any commitments and it's up to you when to come home, what to eat (or not eat). Take your fur kids to places you couldn't go because Dan "Didn't want to". I'm sure there are plenty of places you wanted to go and see that just didn't interest him - so go!

I am So sorry you are hurting right now. And ya know what, you might keep hurting for a while, but that doesn't mean you need to be with him. You should be happy that it's finally over with the goof. As hard as it may seem. Once a cheater, always a cheater! I hope that doesn't sound harsh, those are not my intentions. I am truely sorry. Breakups are not easy but you deserve better than that. I have been through that also. after almost four years. It totally sucks!! You'll be okay though!
Dan and Corrine had awesome advice. I know it's sooo hard when you on't have gf's around. You know what...now is your time. Don't sit around and wait for Dan. Make yourself busy and unavailable. You could volunteer. This way you meet people and have something to do. This is what I just started doing cause I was having trouble getting out. It totally sucks you have to live with him for a few more months. Just be glad that this is happening now so you will have the rest of your life to live without him. Feel free to pm me if you need to chat, or vent about this.

can't wait to do fun stuff with the kids, it'll be good for a while. i really need this right now.

So I found out earlier that the third girl he cheated on me with was one of my really good friends. I let her stay at my apartment for like 6mos rent free. Her parents moved to FL and she didn't want to go. I gave her money, I paid for her stuff, she was a really good friend. WHY DO PEOPLE SUCK?

I called her, went off on her, beat up my ex (it was pretty funny) and then drove around with my friend Amanda. What a day, what a day, what a day. Funny thing is that this all happened before noon!

Now being someone that TP'ng down to an art - one week of very careful planning and training sometimes two weeks if it was a really important house..... but never ever TP'd an apartment!!!! how did ya pull that off???

She was NOT a good friend. If she was, she never would've crossed that line.

Painful, but true.

I'll let you know when we get our place built. There'll be a two bedroom, 2,300 sq ft apt over the barn.
