OMG...what was she thinking!!! I am so sorry for your little girl. And then to find out someone did this on purpose. I am in shock. Just be sure to see the x ray and make sure they set her leg really good. We had very poor emergency service on Dec 30 for Mimi's broken leg. We have never had this experience before. The vet looked at the x ray and didn't even say a work about it. Now we are facing surgery this tuesday. I am so sorry for your little girl.

AWWWWWWW! I hoe your baby has a speedy recovery after her surgery! Zoey's vet is actually my uncle, so he adores her. I want to go kick her butt, but she might press charges on me.

I'm horrified...I can't believe someone would hurt a defenseless pup just to get the attention back on her. You and your ex should sue her for the vet expenses and emotional distress (as well as try and get her charged with animal cruelty). I swear you are a bigger person than me, someone would have had to pry me off of her with a crow bar. I'm glad Zoey is back home with her mommy getting all the love she deserves.

). Unbelievable. I feel so sorry for your little girl. I would talk to a trainer or something and make sure this bad experience won't affect the way she views other people/ separation anxiety/ whatever. Im no expert but being around that crazy woman would have scared the hell out of me.

Is your ex still with her??? I really hope not. Good luck I hope you are able to have her prosecuted. If not, you have a VERY good civil case. The burden of proof in civil court is much lower, and no prosecutor can use discretion to not press charges/ continue with the case.

Prayers for a speedy recovery for your little girl!

Poor little Zoey .... tell her that Toto sends her hugs & smoochies for a quick recovery and stay with your Mom!! Sounds like the ex needs supervised supervision, if that!!

Zoey says thank you to everyone for caring about her, but she loves her daddy very much & forgives him. She upset at mommy for cursing that girl out even though she's sick. She just wants to get better so she can run around with her baby sister. Now she just wants her mommy to stop being a worry wart so she can watch cartoons.

Sounds like you and Zoey should both cuddle up in a nice, big comfy chair and watch cartoons together for the nite. I'm sorry she had to experience the meaness that some people are capable of and hope she is feeling better soon.
