My mom was just telling me about a story she heard on the news. This is how it went:
A group of "bored" boys decided to steal their neighbors cocker spaniel puppy. They took it to their house for a while, and it started whining, so they taped his little mouth shut. Then, they decided it would be fun to put him in the oven and bake it. Puppy died.

I almost cried when I heard this, but on the bright side, they each got 10 years in jail, which to me, is not enough.
I really don't understand how people could do this to animals. There really is nothing that makes me more mad than cases like this one.

Instead of goign to jail, IMO, they should have had to go into an oven like puppy.

I saw this on AOL the other day and couldn't read the whole story. I can't believe people have that much hate in them to do something like that to a poor innocent animal. They should get put in the oven too!

Horrible. I can't even imagine how someone could possibly do that.

Hopefully they won't get out of jail early, as people often do.

Those guys are serial killers in the making. This world is full of sick people, I read or see someting almost every day where an animal has suffered some kind of abuse.

I agree. I read the story a couple of days ago and I cried as well. I think it's horrible what some people can do to animals. They should have definately gotten more time. 10 years just isn't enough.

They will probably get out of jail in 10 years and be as mean as they were when they went in. More than likely they were not taught to respect ANYTHING as they were growing up.

OMG!!!!

Another sad part, they tried to get out of it by saying the puppy was already dead when they put it in the oven, but the police checked and found scratch marks on the inside of the oven, proving he was alive.

Ughhhhhh I haven't been this mad in a while
