I'm glad you wrote that letter to him letting him know. He is an as* hole and I'm sorry but so is your "best friend". If she WAS u're best friend she def. would not have done that to you, you need to be careful with her and not trust her. I hope you get u're child support. Be safe girlie!

she has no buisness even coming to your house knowing he was picking her up, you dont need her she doesnt have you or your childrens best interest in mind and neither does he, dump them both, and im glad he left her so she can realize what you have told her, and im glad you said no, this is a start over for you and you dont need her.

and nope he doesnt have to sign the birth cert. in fact if you know hes the father (not saying you dont its just how they word it here)you can go to your local das office, it may be different where you live but you can go to your local das or child support center and you can file a claim they call it here but just let them know you want to start a process to start reciveing child support, and the form is long and here they do ask some nosy questions but then you can submit it and they might see you then they might have you come back for an appt. but then you talk with them and then they will contact him and if he says he is the father than sometimes they wont even have you do a paternity test, even if you have to i know here the dad pays for it if he is the father and if he isnt then you do but we know he is so he will pay for it, and then they will rule against him and he will pay, and dont even one time think you will hurt him or thats its bad to do that to him, look what he did to you, you and the babies are the most important not him and thats what he chose, dont tell him anything about child support becuase he will most likely try all he can to sweet talk you and try to come back and most of us would but we dont need to cause you dont need him and let him know thats what he chose not you, and even the thought of paternity is long and dreaded but its not its harmless and sometimes they wont even have to draw blood from the babies they can do it from swabbign thier mouth.

i know when my moth. in loaw took my brother in laws baby from its mother there was no signature on the birth certificate and no paternity has been done but the judge ruled customdy over him to my mother in law, and so all my bilaw did was tell the judge it was his baby, and they took that in and ruled in favor of them.
