| Very scary. I didn't watch the story (I had heard about it before), so I don't know if they mentioned it but, if you google "lock bumping" it'll do you exactly how to do it! You'll even get videos on Google Video. WHY IS THIS ALLOWED?? I got an alarm after hearing about this.

| Scary! I agree...I don't know why they show these things to everyone, everywhere....this is how so many people get those "bad" ideas!! I know my DH has had to use his credit card or some hard card to get into his shop several times, but somehow, it ended up messing up his door lock (and eventually his card). Expensive lesson learned...remember your keys! I also know this lady that either worked at a construction company or her husband did and she once told me that if you had a certain lock (can't remember which one it was at the time), that she had a key that would fit any lock from that maker.....Whoa! I don't know if that is something special for the contracters/builders or what....I just know that I didn't want her to know what my locks were.......I acutally checked to make sure it wasn't that brand. So, any crook or not so honest person that works for a place like that....wow.......that is just too scary!

| You don't have to spend a lot of money for new locks. Just get a dead bolt for the inside of each door. |

Hmmmm.... can't they bump a deadbolt? Some of the locks on the video looked like deadbolts. I'm confused!

| A dead bolt is the heavy duty lock thats on the "inside" only. No key needed. It isn't put on the outside at all. |

| Stedman's mommy....as a self-proclaimed you-tube addict, I must tell you that nothing good comes from watching youtube (unless you stick to yorkie videos). Always something there to scare the c**p out of you or seriously make you question the value of the human race! Seriously though, thanks for sharing. I hadn't seen this yet! Yikes!!!!
