As I have already said I didn't really care for her..however...my heart goes out to her precious little girl. I too, have been watching for the past 2 days about Anna. When she was young she was so pretty..and I did not notice the slurring as someone had posted here...I feel she brought alot of this publicity on herself...playboy, marrying a very old man then go after millions of dollars....It's almost like she put herself into the "spotlight".. She even said on an interview with the Insider last night that she wanted to be noticed...well, she got what she asked for. As for DNA and the baby...IMO...if she was absolutely positive that the baby was her "partners" then she wouldn't have had such a problem with letting them do the test. I feel she wasn't given enough time to grieve but again....when you are in the public eye you are NEVER given enough time...I feel she was so distraught over losing her son, the paternity fight and, the trim spa thing that she just over medicated...I watch the coroner report on the internet this afternoon and although they didn't find pills in her stomach they still can't rule out over dose...I really hope they finish with this quickly so the poor thing can rest in peace.

I read the judge ordered her body to be preserved until the 2th and that he denied the dna sample being taken.

They were trying to get dna taken today under an emergency hearing but the judge rejected it. They want her body held until the next hearing in case they want dna from her even though the coroner has already taken dna from her it is crazy

They are saying that Howard Stern is unconsolable. I truly believ he love her.He was always so attentive towards her during the interviews. I think saying he was involved in Daniels and her death is so far off.

I agree, I would be shocked if that were the case.

no matter why or how she died, natural or otherwise, she was a beautiful human being and deserves better than that.
and until you walked in her shoes.............
stress does alot to a person, believe me I know, and she had alot of it.
if you are lucky enough to not have a family member into drugs for some reason or another good for you..some of us arent that lucky, and to have a son die from it is just horrible, she must have been hurting so deeply loosing her son, I know I would be if one of my children died.

I heard on the news today that the coroner has already put a dna sample aside.

She was not my favorite person, but I could not help feel sorry for her when she had a baby, and lost her son all at once. That had to be very hard, and now she is gone. This is really horrible. The poor little baby girl! It makes me very sad!

My cousin just told me that he heard on the news that they can't find Stern or the baby.

All of these men are suddenly popping up saying they are the father or should have rights because they want the $$$$! Makes me sick, they didnt want anything to do w/it when it involved them buying a gift or spending time w/them now that they is something for them to gain the line continues to grow

excuse me for not agreeing with your views on this, but me being my own person, im going to say what i feel. and what i feel is everyone is making a big deal out of this bs like she was the queen or something. yes, it was tragic she died. oh my, but EVERYONE IS BORN TO DIE. it happens, no one can escape death. and it was ANNA NICOLE SMITH, what the hell was she to any one..yes, yes so horrible she died. but one day you're dieing too. as will i.. so i really cant understand why people are making her death such a huge deal. whats done is done, and besides i think that astronaut ladies story was FAR more intresting than this.

I'm not even gonna comment anymore on this, I did enough arguing about it in the aol blogs..its not worth it..and i dont mean anna isnt worth it, ...some people just have no feelings and are normally mean, I will stay the way I am and care about people no matter who they are and be happy with myself.

I won't even click on post comments on newstories on aol any more I get so mad at the ignorant comments. Bean.....no one is treating her like a queen. It is a very sad tragedy , she was 39 ,a new mother ,lost her son and yes she was a human being.Some of us her have compassion for a human life!
