| Oh, dearest Connie! My heart was breaking for you as I read this news... I am crying for you and how you must be feeling as I write this. This strikes a close chord with me, with my Grandmother and Mother being sick now as well...Your strength throughout all of this and your deep love and sensitivity towards your Mother throughout all of this has inspired me and uplifted me on more than one occasion. My you be comforted by your loved ones around you and whatever comfort we might offer you here on YT. I wish I would have been able to meet your Mother, I know she must have been an oustanding woman to have raised a daughter like yourself. A friend of mine, Nicholas, wrote this poem about his Mother, shortly after she passed away...I thought perhaps it may bring a very small amount of comfort to you. All my thoughts and prayers go towards you and your family! I am so very, very sorry....if there is anything I can do, do not hesitate to let me know. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "You Live In What I Do" You were my mother and my friend, Which was unusual. Somehow our characters still blend: Your wisdom and my will. I turned, and you were there for me; I spoke, you understood. I felt cared for, but also free; You loved, and I was good. I'm fortunate that I was born To someone just like you; I love you still. Though you are gone, You live in what I do. |

| I am so sorry about your mom, she sounds like a wonderful person, I know the world was a better place because she was in it, wonderful caring people like your mom is what make the world go around and I am sure she touched so many people in her life. |

| Connie I am just now reading this! I am so sorry you lost your Mom! We were all so hoping and praying for a miracle. But you know, the Lord was so merciful to her...He did not let her linger too long in the pain she was suffering. Our sadness is always so hard...but we are sad for the ones LEFT here without our loved one, for the loved one has gone on to a better place, full of love and free from pain! And just think, as a Christian you will see her again in Heaven...she will be there waiting for you! I pray for Peace and Comfort for you and your family Connie! If there is anything I can do, please let me know!

Find peace in knowing you did everything right and how much you loved each other, and let her live thru you. She sounds like one fine lady. | Connie, I'm so very sorry. I lost my mom, too, many years ago and I still miss her. I pray that you and your family will hold tight to all of the wonderful memories you share...they are so precious and they're what will get you through the difficult days ahead. | Connie, I am so sorry. I lost both my Mom and Dad to after long battles with cancer and my StepMom (who was also my MIL) after a shorter battle after a stroke, and my husband very unexpectedly (the last 3 in less than 2 years time). It still hurts, but not as much. Time will help heal, trust me. But for now, be strong, try to take care of yourself, and know that your mom is now pain-free no longer suffering. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you all.
