| Hoodia...Weight Loss Miracle? Hi everyone! I see people are trying the Master Cleanse, CONGRATS! (got me interested! I was just wondering if anyone has tried the Hoodia products? It so hard to find accurate info on the web it seems, being so new and all. I know in the raw form is great but we don't grow them in the US therefore these is no pure form to get it in. It's always processed. So has anyone tried a Hoodia supplement with results? Just curious. Let me know please.... Thank you! NYM&P

| Never tried Hoodia... I hear its pretty powerfull stuff! But did want to make a statement that the Master Cleanser is not a "diet" or a weight loss cure. Its nothing more than a Cleanse and should be approched as such. While it does have the side effect of weight loss, not everyone will experiance the dramatic results that some do and if one does not seriously alter their way of eating post cleanse. They will regain the weight lost during their cleanse in time if they return to the foods that clogged up their body in the first place. Just wanted to put that out there

| I have been taking Hoodia for about a month. I cannot say I have lost much weight but I know it has helped control my appetite without making me wired.

| Have you checked out the natural food stores in your area? I know at mine, there are tons of Hoodia items....I just haven't checked them out though! I am almost tempted to find something that helps w/ weight loss, helps control your appetite AND gets you alittle "wired",well, more energy! Would that be bad??? My DH said find it and he will get it for me......

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I tried one of the Hoodia products two months ago from GNC. Didn't do a dang thing for me. I didn't find any sort of appetite supression and I noticed that I had started getting bad headaches. Once I stopped taking it then the headaches stopped. I am just cutting back on what I eat, watching the junk that I do allow and trying to drink tons of water. Essentially when you read the box it's all about smaller portions, watching what you eat, drinking a lot of water and some exercise. Thankfully being as I bought it at GNC and still had the packaging and it was under the month mark they gave me all of my money back.
