| Surgery was a success!! BR Just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts. Meet so much to know that I had so many people thinking of me during my surgery. My breast reduction went great! It was a complete success........well, so far it has been. Yesterday was a week since surgery! Seems like only a day or so that I was so nervously awaiting my surgery date of Jan. 25th!! I was in surgery for almost 3 hours and the doctor took off 6 pounds....that didn't seem like a lot to me at first, then I thought.....some of us have yorkies that weigh that much! Wow....I had the equivalant to a yorkie removed from my chest!!! I was not in as much pain as I thought I would be......a lot of pressure and tightness...some sharp pains, but over-all, hasn't been that bad! My tummy is extremely swollen...to the point it is sore, and I wish I would have ask the doctor about that. I have developed a chest/sinus cold today, and it is killing me.....everytime I cough, feels like I am busting apart. My nurse is suppose to call me back here shortly....I need to cough the phlym up, but don't need to burst stitches! Thanks again for all the support! By the way, I went from a 38 H/I to looks like it's gonna be around a 38D.....WOW!! How exciting!!! |

| My neighbor had the surgery done Sept 8th of last year. She had a quick recovery. I can tell you by what she went through, you've been through the rough part. It'll only get better from here. She did have some "twinges" or "tickles" from the incisions where the drains were. They removed 6 lbs from her also. She had been having severe neck and shoulder muscle spasm's for years, not anymore. She also looks great. Hope the cold isn't too bad. I'd cough for you but I'm on day 2 of a urinary infection.
