Thanks for posting this website! Both me and my Mom are now addicted. I put it on full screen the other night, turned the sound down and went to bed...every time I'd wake up during the night I'd peek over at my desk to see if there was any action. We have seen several different animals and also a truck load of people zoom by! LOL! When the camera does a 360 view of everything, I noticed the house near by and it's beautiful. It would be really amazing to have all that at your back door. |

That's a lodge and as I understand it - anyone can stay there (I doubt I have enough $$$$$ though). I think some of the jeeps that you see are the lodge employees taking the guests on a jeep safari (rather than a hunting safari). :) |
I posted it to another board, and one of the viewers who never see anything asked: "Are you ' really really' sure you see animals?" I replied, "Yes, we 'really really see animals. I didn't send you on a Snipe hunt!" LOL |
I know how she feels - when my daughter told me about it - I didn't see anything for days and days and days - I was thinking that I didn't have my computer set right or something. Finally, I saw lots and lots of animals! :D |

This is so freakin cool. I'm so addicted. I think I just saw a shooting star... or maybe it was lighting. Neat! |
I think it's lightning. I saw it too. It was raining earlier today too. It will be daybreak in another hour. :) |
I keep logging on and never see anything - geez! |
Well, can't stay up late, haven't been on early, BUT.... fiinally saw an elephant!!! Just a couple of minutes ago!!!! How cool is that??? |
I have seen elephants, giraffes, gazelle...but it was late at night so it was early more there. I have to turn the volumn down otherwise my :aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork are barking up a storm and would wake up hubby. This is fun to watch. |
I saw the elephant at 7:00 am here and I was so excited my husband thought I had lost my mind!! lol |
I believe that the dry season is over with, therefore there aren't that many animals at this particular watering hole. |
Thanks, that is really neat I just added it to my favorites. roosmommy |
Anybody else seeing what I'm seeing? Those "shooting stars" are not only in the background but every few minutes something shoots across the pond. It's the middle of the night there right now and everything is still. |
I wish I knew what those "shooting stars" were??? |
OK, I asked on the Africam forum about the white "shooting stars". They are birds called nightjars - they swoop around catching insects. |

Am I the only one who can just hear birds and no pictures at all:eek: Is it because I have dial-up connection? This is so frustrating to be able to hear all the sounds and noting but a black screen. |
