| Going to Vegas! Whoo-hoo....I am super excited. Hubby and I are going to Vegas on Sunday to have some fun. We have never been so we are super excited. I know there are tons of things to do but can anyone can think of anything that we just can not afford to miss out on? We are fairly young - 28 & 29 and like to have fun. Thanks!

| I LOVE Vegas - one of my faaaaavorite places! I don't have anything in particular to recommend except play the slots and one of my favorite things to do is "people watch". You see THE most interesting people in Vegas!!! Have a great time!

| You are gonna have the time of your life. Our best friends got married in the Little White Chapel a few years ago so EVERYBODY flew out for a few days. We all stayed at the MGM Grande where the reception was and it was awesome. I had done all kinds of research on the shops in the MGM and made a plan so we could hit the most exciting ones. MGM is (or was at that time) the biggest hotel there - over 5000 rooms. Can you believe it - we never did find the shops we were looking for, lol. Just checking out all the different casinos and shops was incredible. There is an indoor lion habitat at the MGM. The aquarium at Mandalay Bay must be great but the line was longer than the ones at Disney World so we didn't go in. We didn't see any shows - very costly and there were 7 in our family. I did turn a five dollar bill into $700 at one slot machine! I was very proud of myself so we went shopping. The neatest place we ate was The Rain Forest at MGM. Our table was in a little cave. Do lots of research online and you will have more fun than you can imagine. Congrats!! Oh, btw, Elvis is alive and well and on every corner, so look for him.

| You're going to have a great time. You can be very entertained just going from casino to casino to see the different themes and people within. I would definitely check out at least one show. There is a 1/2 off ticket place at the Fashion Mall across from the Wynn. One of the favorite shows I've seen is "O" at Bellagio. It is a Cirque De Solei water show. It is expensive, but one that is actually worth the price. The dinner show at the Excalibur is fun. Make sure to check out the Ethel M Chocolate Factory just off the strip. They do factory tours and have a very gorgeous cactus garden. It is some of the best chocolate there is as well (and I know my chocolate!). Check online if there is anyone appearing at the Hard Rock theater. It is a very cool casino and hotel. Tons of great shopping, the Hoover Dam is another great tour not too far away. You can actually drive to the Grand Canyon for a day trip, too. Have a GREAT TIME!!!!!

| OOh vegas : ) 1. Go see a show. Like "O" or a different cirque de soleil show, or maybe Phantom of the Opera or Mama Mia or Celion Dione... 2. Ride a roller coaster? You can go to Stratosphere's or New York New York. Never been on stratosphere cuz it looks too scary hehe, but i heard its fun. 3. Go watch the water show at Bellagio (like on Oceans 11). Caesar's Palace also has a lil tiny show about Titans or something like that that runs at almost every hr (a lil boring if u've seen it before) and it lasts for like 10 mins 4. Go visit to Coca Cola factory and the M&M factory, which are both right next to each other. 5. Try and go into all the casinos just to take a look at the insides. Like the Wynn, which is the latest casino. 6. Shopping!!! Caesars Palace Forums has soooo many classy stores, expensive though. Besides Caesars, at least go window shopping at Venetian's (oooh) and maybe Bellagio (but Bellagio doesn't have that many.) 7. Eat a buffet! Vegas is famous for their buffets. Rio's buffet is pretty famous, but you gotta get in a car to get there cuz its on the other side of the freeway. 8. If you have time, visit the Hoover Dam 9. And of course, Gamble : ) Good luck and have fun : ) |

If it's the one at the Rio - I think he "owns" it. I believe he's there on the weekends. There's always the Palms - everyone seems to go there and the slots aren't bad. They have several top clubs there. Ghost... MGM Grand is ok, but Caesar's Palace just renovated the Forum Shops. The "Fashion Show Mall" has been totally redone - from what I hear they have runway shows every weekend. Haven't been to the Wynn but it's in line with all the upscale hotel/casinos. There is alot to do here - if there's something special that you're looking for just PM me and I'll see if I can get you the info before you leave. Are you staying on the strip? It's COLD here right now. Infact, t's been a record breaker. Hope it gets warmer for your visit. Have fun!!!

| When are you going? I am going in February! Its my second trip and I hope I'd enjoy it as much as the first time! Just walking around looking at the casinos and hotel lobby and the washrooms (interesting designs) were great! Not to mention the the M&M and Coca Cola shop and walking around the different shops and art shops. We also went to see Mamma Mia and Cirque du Soleil 'O' Show but it wasn't as good as the other Cirque shows. This time, we are going for the Ka show and we heard that it is better than the O Show.
