Question..if there are bad headaches accompanied with this...can I take any pain relievers...asprin advil tylenol?? anything...what about excersize...is it possible to do anything that active while consuming no food?

Ummmm, I don't know about the medicine, since you are cleaning out your system...have you PM'd Kathryn? She could probably help you. And yes, you can still exercise. Good luck!

I still take my RX meds... but I don't take anything extra for headaches, they are a detox symptom and its nice to know when they are gone! lol

Hubby had awful headaches for a wholeday and later in the evening on the sthird day... but NON SINCE!!! we are on day # 8!!!!!!

Doing Awesome!!!! Hubby has decided to go longer than 10 with me!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Day 8 and I feel WONDERFUL! I am down some serious inches... hubby's belly looks sooooo good! He is amazed at how much of that gut was NOT FAT! lol

I'm down 11.5 pounds now!!! I weigh 158

I have to admitt you guys.... In all the times.. I have never lost weight at this pace... I must really have needed this cleanse this time... My body was storing so much excess junk, I was just ready for this...

My last cleanse was so much harder... I'm flying through this one! Each one is an all new journey! I love it!!!

29 days will be gone before I know it!!! I have only 21 to go!!!! Wow! That will be a breeze!

I'm on day 6 now and am doing great, the first few days are hard but so worth it. I've lost 7 pounds so far and am hoping to go to 10 days this time. Way to go everyone!

today is day 10!!! And I only have 19 to go!!! I am at 156.5 now.. started at 169.5... so thats... 13lbs... can you believe I needed a calculator for that! lol

Everything is awesome!!! Just wanted to check in! I need to go make brew! I slept in this morning! so I need to go catch up on my day! lol

Hi,
I did the master cleanse last summer. I did not do the tea or the cayenne. I used capsules of both since I have a really hard time drinking odd stuff.
I did it for ten days. although I cleaned out alot I did not clean out like it says on some of the websites and message boards. I wish I could have done it longer. I may do it again and try for a longer time/ I came across a message board that had tons of info when I was doing itl. I found it in a search . If I find the link I will post it

I've never heard of this.

My cousin and I actually JUST bought a colon cleanse called Colonix (www.drnatura.com). Is it similar to what you all are doing?

My hubby is at the store right now, getting everything to start this cleanse. I told him about it months ago and that we should do it. Well his martial arts instructor told him she started yesterday so now he's "all about the diet"

LOL

Anyway, I read that someone has the pdf file with the info?? Would someone mind sending it to me?? I need to make sure he is doing this right LOL

If he does ok, I will do it with him as soon as I get myself over the recurrent sinus infection I have
