| Is it another 2 hours tonight too? I know it is on again tonight and I hope it is 2 hours!!!! Where will they be tonight? I love American Idol!!!!! Although, I always feel sooooo bad for some of them!!! The boy w/ the sticks - so sad!!!! My DH thinks that Simon is an a$$ - he can be mean, but so can the others. I love watching the "try-outs", but can't wait until they actually start! Yippee!!!!

| Can't wait for tonight. Did anyone happen to catch Paula Abdul's interview on the FOX station in Seattle? It has been going around on the Internet. Let's just say she may have tied on one too many that morning.

| I like Paula too. She's done very well for herself considering she was out of the lime-light for a while then all of a sudden, she's getting paid very well for this hit show. Good for her. But, I must say that there have been many times when I think she's on something. Could be prescription, but definitely on SOMETHING.

| We watched last night but I honestly think it wasn't that good or funny. Not like previous years. Simon was almost charming, Paula and Randy were kinda of mean and what's up with this Jewel person. Why do they need her? I didn't like the biographies of the contestants either. Who cares about that if they don't have enough talent to make it to Hollywood? On the other hand I do think the actual auditions were hysterical and I wouldn't have missed them for the world. I'm looking forward to seeing the next Clay A. I'm still a Claymate even if I am over-the-hill!! |

| It's quite the comedy show until they get the "want-a-bes" out of the way!! Then things really get serious and you can see why they passed some along that I personally didn't think were that great........but they get more and more refined as it progresses. I am looking foward to tonight and seeing more of the "want-a-bes!" The Lion girl was out in space with that audition, the "biggest fan" girl needs to stay a fan......but I did feel sorry for the boy with the sticks, but face it he just couldn't sing!

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I love Idol. I forget who it was, but that one person who said "When was the last time Paula made an album?" my mom and I looked at each other and went "ooooo." haha. What about that Cowardly Lion deal!? She should be trying out for The Wizard of Oz! :loltears and I felt SO bad for that boy with the sticks. I mean, I do think he tried out for the wrong show, but he was so sad. Simon is still a jerk. But does anyone feel like the judges have a little more sympathy for some of them this season? Like that one girl who does the make overs, I think Simon felt bad when she started crying. But you have to wonder who tells some of these people that they have talent... I can't wait for it to come on again!

| I watch the try out shows every year but the last few years I haven't bothered past that. First of all hads no one noticed the commericals EVERY 5 minutes!!!!! How disnchanting that because they can get big bucks for commercials that they have them every five minutes. PLUS.... where is the excitement in guessing anymore. I noticed last year and this too that if they show a biography.... the person is IN . So that kinda shoots the whole point if they tell you ahead of time how the person made it before they sing. They do this with the later shows also...JUST WATCH.
