OK, I feel like such a DUNCE..... I cannot get it? what format was this made in? does this matter?
shouldnt I be able to just save it to the puter, browse for it and paste it in the custom box? my computer is asking me what program I want to use to open it?

All you have to do is save it, you don't need to open it. When you go to YT to change your avatar, just click on the avatar you just saved.

OK, I got it to go there but the photos wont change... it just shows the cute little front screen... that is so strange.

I went back in and re-added the first one "tootie bear" and it worked.... dont know...

That's because you have to click on it first to get it to come up in another browser. Then it will change. Then save that.
