leaned over and carefully unzipped the zipper of the very heavy turtle costume. Much to her suprise out popped a little "teacup" chihuahua! Around it's neck was a leather puch and inside the pouch Sally found a note that said....

scooped up the doggie and Lucky and ran as fast as her little legs would take her to the bank. Mom and dad trailed along behind, rolling their collective eyes. When they got to the bank you will never guess what awaited them...

had everyone in this whole town gone fishing except the store owner? So back to the store they went and bought some fishing poles and some worms and toilet paper (for Lucky), and set off to find the bank manager.

Ok - The bank was closed, but the teller saw Sally from the window and ran out with the prize. Meanwhile, since everyone was fishing, they went to the store...blah blah blah...so now they are onthe way to the fishing hole.

They're at the fishing hole now.

Lucky ran up to check the water and the little chihuahua began barking at her and all the people just stared at these strange people who kept getting in the way of their fishing fun.

ROFL..........good save!

But Lucky was barking at something floating in the water. Having a very good nose, she sniffed it out and stood in a "pointers" position. She stayed that way until.........

wonder, just how such a big piece of bologna had managed to end up in this lake and my oh my, how could it be breathing? She couldn't stand the smell any longer and picked up Lucky and the chihuahua and run as fast as she could from that stinky piece of bologna. She got half way to....

town and her mom and dad and the whole town followed her. They called the hazmat team who threw a tarp on the little lake and gassed it. And that was the end of that piece of bologna.

Sally and her family and thw two little dogs got in their motor home and headed back home to Maine. They were tired of all this strangeness and wanted the comfort of home.

The interesting city of St. Louis where Sally's mom was from. They decided to watch a Cardinals game while they were there and parked the car in the lot by the river and walked up through the park to the stadium. "Want some popcorn and peanuts?" asked Sally's dad.
