You do need to contact paypal becuase like i posted before if there are enough of us they will accept our cases even though they are older than 45 days.

I agree with Jen. I honestly do not think she intended on scamming people. I just think she received more orders than she could handle and things spiraled out of control and now she just doesn't know how to get her head above water. She probably took all that money to pay off her house payment and, exactly like Jen said, doesn't have the money to repay anyone, and just doesn't even know how to begin to explain this to everyone.

Well, no matter how you look at it she's a theif. She stole money from people here by not fullfilling their orders. Even if she didn't do it intentianlly.

ok guys, so I mentioned above, she made a lot of empty promises on an order I placed in Dec and ignored my PM's so I requested a dispute from paypal. Within 1 hour, she refunded my $ so the dispute is closed. I hope everyone else here gets a resolution/refund.

As you guys mentioned above, I'm completely understanding when it comes to a busy order and I would say take your time, take 2 months if you have to, BUT just don't ignore customers (Pm's/Emails) who are the core of your business! Whether she cared about business longevity, what about doing the right thing, the ethical thing about not scamming and taking people's monies?

Even if I did get the treats, I surely would not give it to my precious baby. It isn't worth it. :( :eek: I'd dump it in the trash. Please be extremly careful guys since their bellies are so sensitive.

This is what I really want to believe. I'm a little suspicious because some people have not received a refund and they placed an order BEFORE she almost lost her home. But if this is simply a case of taking on too much, then she must be VERY embarrassed ... or she will be after seeing this thread. I'm sure we all at one time or another bite off more than we can chew. Let's hope this is what's going on here and that things will be resolved very soon.

She sure had the guts/ability to post all her cry-me-a-river posts, didn't think twice about accepting donations (and got extremely defensive and rude to people mind you)-when she was in 'need'.

I would want to think that she would have the same guts/ability to post apologies and reasons as to why she hasn't refunded/sent out items to people. C'mon, I've been here long enough to know that YT'ers would be extremely patient/understanding and willing to wait until she got back on her feet. Heck, many of you/us would have said forget it.........just get back on your feet and don't worry about my order (Am I wrong :confused: )

I really don't think that is true for the most part.Why would she list things she had made up,bellybands ,diapers and sell them ready to ship and then people not get their orders and when someone ask her for pictures she never produced.Anyone that wants to see a copy of her house payment reciept you can pm your email addy and judge for yourself. By any chance does anyone here have a copy of her handwritting???

I would have said never mind about my refund if she'd been honest from the begining. But she wasn't. She told me it shipped then told me that it didn't because it had gotten broken. If she'd just told me that it'd gotten broke I would have said oh, ok that's fine don't worry about it. My main problem is, I've been being lied to for 3mos. about my dog crate/refund. At this point I can't be sympethetic to her anymore.

I dont think its just the recent lack of communications that is the problem, she used to communicate, its the fact that she has orders that are 8+ weeks old that she hasnt filled but yet she sure had no problem asking for yters to place orders 2 weeks ago to save her from losing her house. And she also has made a lot of excuses and claimed she has alreaday shipped people's orders several time but no one has received them. How do we even know she sent any order 2 days ago like she said on this thread?

All I know is several of us put our trust in her for far too long and now we can not even get our money back from paypal because the transactions are too old. Thats no fair at all. She claims she sent the treats 2 days ago but at this point I dont even want the trreats, I want a refund but its clear I wont get anythign. And Im sure she probobly has dug herself into a hole and is so overlwhelmed she cant really do anythign about it, but thats not fair for people who trusted her and placed orders with over the past 2-3 months. I too saw that receipt from her paying her mortgage payment, it in my opinion was a fake. It's one from a standard receipt book you buy at the corner store, signed by her. Would the mortgage company not give her a real receipt signed by THEM? If her story was true.

My mortgage companies sure does, it seems way to fishy after all the rest of this does not add up either.

Well, of course the company would give you a formal/professional receipt signed by them.

Doesn't it say in her "I'm losing my house" thread that she didn't go through a mortgage company? She bought the house from some guy and didn't even go through a mortgage company. Thus, the handwritten receipt.

Anyways, she really needed the money for the house (or so she claims, I don't know what her case is) so I'm thinking she used all that money for the house or whatever, and now might not have any money to buy the supplies to make the treats. Whatever the case is, it's unnacceptable. Does she have a business license?

I thought Kristy was better than all this scamming stuff, and the worst part is that she has ruinned it for others that may really need help. This may very well be the case but why couldnt she fill all the orders from November, October and December? Whats the excuse for that? She should never have taken more orders on when she already didnt have the funds to fill these orders, instead she kept leading this people on with excuse for further delay, she took on more orders and accpeted donations and dug herslef into a BIG DEEPER hole. And thats assuming she really was losing her house that day.
