OH MY AHHHHH! My blood is BOILING inside. Has she lived in a cave for her life?!?!! Doesn't she know you mail important documents off with a tracking number or a signature delivery so that you have PROOF.

What about asking her for the number of the money order?

I doubt she's sent the refund. These are more of her lies trying to make me believe that she's doning the right thing. I am sorry but I just don't trust her. I agree with you. I too am one of her 'customers' who placed an order in early Dec. for a Christmas gift and has yet to see any results. After several early pm's with allot of excuses of illness and broken cookies, etc. I just had resigned myself that I could kiss my money goodbye. I have been quietly reading these threads, and i am in awe of her complete disregard for the people (the only people) she had to turn to in a crisis.
Shana, if it will help you, I will also file a paypal dispute. By now I don't want the treats either anyway.
I believe she did have good intentions because I ordered from her before and got great treats on time.

I agree. The people who have never received their orders from her certainly have the right to continue to discuss the situation, how they are handling it, and possible avenues of pursuit.

But there are people posting, not just once or twice, but over and over again on this subject, who ADMIT that they've never sent her a dollar for anything. It really just comes off as sh!t stirring, and accomplishes NOTHING. IMO, reading that kind of stuff is only going to make her LESS likely to try to do right by anyone, now.

But even if she was to come out and apologize, I would still find it unnacceptable. If it happened once, well that's not good, but it's better then to majority of her customers.

I think of it like this though, if you bought something from a store, like The Gap, and you went to return it, what if they said "Oh we don't have enough money right now, can this wait?" That would be totally unnacceptable! I'm majoring in fashion marketing in management, and this is only my second quarter, but so far from what I've learned, she's done EVERYTHING wrong (from what I gather from your posts). It's like this girl is clueless on how to run a business, and had no business even thinking of doing her own business in the first place!

I'm angry for you who have suffered, and I really hope justice is served. She's not only gotten money out of customers, but people who have kind enough hearts to help her keep her house! For those of you who still can't help but feel sorry for her, more power to you! I just can't seem to have any sorrow for ANYONE who scams people out of money..intentionally or not...then runs.

I remember sending her a few bucks way back when she said her kids had no food. I think it became very easy for her to put up threads with the 'poor me' theme and people would feel bad ....the house thread proved it.

for all those taken advantage of I DO FEEL BAD for you - but just so this is on the board - when someone SOUNDS like they're in need - search their previous posts BEFORE SENDING MONEY - it's a good way to get a feel for them as a person and IF you feel you want to help someone with a REAL need - only send a small amount - it adds up quickly especially on a big site like this....

That 'lost in the mail' excuse doesn't fly :( :( ....If I had been a customer and she ignored/scammed me I'd be REALLY upset too...but for those she told something was 'LOST' ....then it WILL COME back to her and she can resend it. Don't hold your breath though.

She may have had good intentions at first but a pattern developed and she sucked alot of money from people here and that's just WRONG. She's the only one who can make it right - and again - don't hold your breath.

This is hopefully my last post, as I don't want to beat a dead horse either. I did find it VERY strange that her receipt is dated 12/23/2006, and her thread about losing her house was dated 12/28/2006. Along with the math errors things AREN'T right with that "receipt", things that make you go hummmmmmmmm, and really makes me quite angry!

This is why I'm limiting my donations to sick dogs or flowers for a loss. I don't HAVE that kind of money to begin with but I'd way rather it go to a REAL emergency and not someone who just knows how to play people.

I see that she isn't on anymore and didn't read my pm. I've given her until Wednesday to receive my refund and if I haven't by then, I'm going to the law. I'm tired of dealing with this.

THis situation is just so sad. I hate that you have to be so careful and you can't just donate out of the kindness of your heart. You have no idea who is trying to con you:(

First I want to say I feel bad for all of you that got "scammed" with this member. She seems to have a pattern going on here...I hadn't read the post about no food but, do remember reading something about HER not being paid for daycare(?) but, I did follow the post about her losing her home...I CANNOT believe that someone would actually come on here and share their personal problems! This post should have been deleted right away (IMO) This has NOTHING to do with Yorkies! This is a YORKIE FORUM!!! How on earth can you come onto this forum, full well knowing the kind of people here, and state, I'M LOSING MY HOUSE, or, I HAVE NO FOOD! and then say I am not looking for handouts or money....or however she stated it....You all are very good on picking out scammers on puppys....why did you think she was any different...As far as I can see,(read) nobody here really knows her...She can be whoever she wants to be and have any problem she wants....Looks like she sure suckered alot of people on here...I have made 1 donation on here...and it was a thread I followed... I didn't trust this one from the get go....I am truly sorry for all that this happened to and unfortunately she has made alot of people here think twice before every helping out again..

Well, I can see myself coming to all of you if I was losing my house or being really upset about something, many people do. Not to get handouts but just being really sad and needing comfort. There is a lot of people I consider friends here and why wouldn't I come here for support? It's just that she wasn't a good person...She's ruined the good natured support given here.

I did not buy anything from this woman and I dont really know her. I'm glad I didnt. When I read her post about losing her house, I kinda got the feeling she was after something and she came on and got the attention she wanted. All I can say is she is the one who has to live with herself and she will look in the mirror everyday and know what shame she has done. It will catch up with her one day and when it does, she has to live with it. I'm sorry you all got scammed. It's people like this that gives YT a bad name and when someone really does need help and support, everyone will be leary and thats so sad cause there are really wonderful people out here and sometimes things are just going bad for someone and they just need a little boost. I hope she is reading everything cause she will get whats coming to her one day!

I bought some belly bands from her when she first started her business and I got them just fine. When she had a dog crate on her back in Oct/Nov. I was wanting another crate and she said she needed the money so I figured I'd buy it from her. Well, I've never received the crate and she's not refunded my money either. Why would I beleive she would do this when the first transaction went smoothly?

My last comment here is there've been 3 members I tried to help out recently - Kristi being one of them - one I won't mention and another who used a fake name to gather more money from people -

each in their own way were playing us. I still WILL help when I can but I will always check things out alot better now before offering cash I just don't have. :( :( :( but it's too bad so many people were taken advantage of here - this is by far the worst one I've seen on YT.

I think at sometime or another, all of us need some kind of help or we all get into a situation where we are running the risk of losing something and sometimes we lose something because of circumstances beyond our control. It is ONE thing to come here and share the situation to get moral support...but to come and post and have such wonderful good hearted people offer help and then to run with what they offered and (excuse the term) scr*w them is totally unacceptable.
I have shared some personal things with ONE person on this board and they were MORALLY supportive. I cannot imagine coming here and begging people for help (money) like this person did. I firmly believe God cares for his own, and he also knows who is in the wrong. He will take care of this person in his time.

What's really bad is she is not answering emails or pm's and she won't give out tracking numbers which she says in the first post she has them! I asked for a tracking number with paypal and she has yet to answer back with that info.

I feel sick about this, I have big heart and I have helped 2 times now and I have became very leary of helping anymore.

I'm sorry. I don't believe she has tracking #'s because I don't believe she's mailed anything. This is just another one of her many, many lies.

IF she printed shipping labels with Paypal then paypal would have sent you emailed notification of your package having been shipped WITH d/c and tracking. You would be able to check and see when it checked in with the post office because it posts the time when they scan it.

Like I said, she hasn't mailed out a thing.
