| Hormones Maybe? I don't mean to get too personal, but I thought that I would throw this out there?. I feel comfortable sharing with YT members. It's hard when you feel a certain way and you don't know how to clearly voice or put a finger on the problem. Maybe it's hormones. Generally speaking, I feel great most of the time. But then I have sudden spells where I suddenly feel depressed and I feel anxious for no apparent reason. And it's almost physical because I feel very heavy-hearted at times. I don't know. During these times I find it very hard to fall asleep, even with Advil PM. Maybe it's P.M.S. I've never really had this before. Anyway, I'm seeing my GYNO in February (I made the appt. in Oct., believe it or not!). I'll start with telling her my symptoms and see what she says. This feeling just sucks and I wanted to share and see if anyone else has ever felt this way. Anyway, thanks for listening to me whine! |

| are you only suffering from these feeling during or right before your period? Our hormones do change. I was having anxiety, depression and feeling like a total crazy women right before my period. I have PMS. Terrible PMS. I went to the doctor and he put me back on the pill and I finally feel like a normal person again. Talk to your obgyn, they should be able to help you!
