| I go to a chiro sometimes and the only advice I have for you is to ask people in your area if they can recommend someone. |

| I love my chiropractor. I've been going to him for years. I only go about once or twice a month.

| I go see my chiropractor 3 times per week. I have scoliosis that he's treating. He actually happens to be my boyfriend's father who now coaches chiropractors across the country. So yes, I know a LOT about chiropractors. I'm glad you made an appointment - it may take a couple of appointments until you feel better again though.

| Don't let the stories on here scare you. Just like with any doctors, there are good ones and there are bad ones - some have caused people harm. If you would like me to, I can ask my chiro for a reference of a good chiropractor in your area since he works with chiropractors across the country. You can also look at their board certification website for your state to see if they have any actions against them on their record. The scary stories are very few and far between. But think of this: your spine protects your spinal cord and a large portion of your nervous system. If one vertebrae is out of place, it puts a kink in your nervous system, which causes things to not work properly as it affects the communication. I've heard some amazing first hand stories about how chiropractic affected peoples lives. My own brother had chronic nose bleeds for 18 years. He went to see a chiropractor and hasn't had one since. Some Deaf people can begin to hear again from chiropractic.
