| ![]() The ones that are flat and sort of like a half ball are called Bosu. They're great for a variety of work outs - I use one at the gym for squats (great butt/leg workout). For the regular ball, there are soooo many different exercises you can do. I know the Canadian Women's Olympic hockey team had a full workout using the ball. Challenging but very good.

| ![]() You can get one of the balls for around 19.99. I have one and my daughter does too. They are great. Crunches are alot better on them. They sell them at just about any sporting good place, walmart, target, etc. There is alot you can do on them. Now if I'd just do it...lol I've been on ww for almost a month an have lost 16.4lbs so I need to start working out too. I'll use the ball a couple times a week. It's not so hard on your back. I'm always afraid, I'm gonna be doing the exercises and my ball is going to pop and I'll be on the floor...lol |
