I hear you on that one, I'm trying not to weigh for a week. My husbands wants to go out to breakfast this morning.I don't know if I can resist the waffles.

So how did it go? Did ya eat waffles? My loss has stalled and come tomorrow I am going to be more diligent. I have been having some sugar free chocolate candy and low carb ice-cream and don't think they are allowed during induction...but I miss that sugar soooo bad!

YES!!! I resited them and onluy had scambled egs and a half piece of wheat toast.
I bought some skinny cow ice cream,have you tried it?
I love it!!!!

I love any kind of ice cream but think it may be crippling my induction...I have not lost any more weight...I am having the hardest time drinking water and eating when I am not hungry. I seem to be hungrier late at night...when it is not a good idea to eat!

Im doing this diet.... again. I didnt want to but my fiance has been doing it and I got tired of us having 2 seperate meals each night. So if you cant beat them join them. Know whats low carb and good the chocolate cool whip

lol thanks. I have been doing good ,lost 2 pounds. Better than gaining.

I think I need to start doing my walk away the pounds twice a day.
I have the same problem..I do good all throughout the day when night falls I'M going crazy tring to resit my urges.

I went through my closet and packed up a bunch of fairly new clothes that didn't fit me any longer

I will tell you my closet is bare now.

Hey guys!
I am a little missing in action but hope to be back to low carbing soon. When I got sick last time, it kinda dragged on then I got sick again. Yesterday the signs of a sinus infection started

I got some meds and hope to feel better soon. I decided to just eat oatmeal and soups for about another week until I feel better. I haven't gained any weight back so far, so that is good.

I am fighting sinus as well...going on 3 weeks now...I seem to get this crap more and more frequently it seems.

I weighed this morning...this is day 3 of week 2 of induction and I have lost 6 pounds!!!

I got like that a few years ago when I did the low carb.I thought I would lose it if I had to eat another egg.

2 weeks is up Monday...and as of today...another pound bites the dust! I am down 7 pounds!!!
