I am a little missing in action but hope to be back to low carbing soon. When I got sick last time, it kinda dragged on then I got sick again. Yesterday the signs of a sinus infection started

I got some meds and hope to feel better soon. I decided to just eat oatmeal and soups for about another week until I feel better. I haven't gained any weight back so far, so that is good.
