I have books on the way. I hope I make it that long! :) I've been eating alot of salad too. Last night for dinner we had pork on the grill, green beans and a salad with brocoli and ranch dressing. Dinners I do great! Its the breakfast and lunches I'm tired of ! LOL My cravings are just crazy though. CRAZY! |

That's a good forum, I spent some time looking around there last night. I learned a few things. I'm going to get a little more strict with my diet. No more Atkins bars or tortillas for me for two weeks. I'm going to go to serious induction again and see what that does for me. I haven't done that since October. I also think that I'm going to do a little experiment with myself and follow the 1972 atkins diet guidelines for a while, they're a little more strict. |

I just did a little search and this is what I came up with. I'm curious why you are watching your potassium? I know if mine gets low, I get leg cramps.
