what about the people who say an.., um..., and A before every word my sister does this with dude and um..... um i was talking dude um i went to the store and i was like dude um ya you know dude lol

OK, we all mispronounce certain words at different times, I'm sure. However - I do not want to PAY for a newpaper, that employs an EDITOR specifically to EDIT, and still I find misspellings and misuse! No wonder the average person doesn't care about grammar! Who's holding up the standard?

I also hate when someone "Axe"s me something. :rolleyes:

Please, Please, PLEASE learn the difference between 'then' and 'than'; and use them correctly. They are NOT interchangeable! lol

And, the spherical white thing that chickens lay is an EGG - not an 'Aig'! <g>

My SO's superior always says things like "We need to get DEM them numbers up" or "We need DEM to ship us some more racks". He said it infuriates him that this man that uses "dem" for 'them' makes more them him!
