That woman is a thief, ignorant or both! Let us know if there's anything we can do to back you up. I realize you don't want to spend a ton of money, but I wonder if a quick call to a lawyer would let you know if you can sue the wench!

If you don't want to spend the money on an attorney here is the law re: copyrights. This is a long read but may help out if you have to pursue litigation.

Poor Shana - that would make me livid too...it bad enough to work so hard on pictures that are totally unique to her site but to use her dogs too to sell stuff ??? NOT Right

I've seen this happen before - but once the person was made aware they were busted - they backed down and removed the pictures. I hope these people do the same. Shana doesn't need this kind of hassle.

You have to trust me on this one. I can be quite an intimidating bitch in person. I’m giving it until tomorrow, and then I will at the very least drive by. Yes, I recall that happening with someone not long ago. Usually, they'll remove them instead of risking personal embarrassment. I would hope that is what happens in this case. Best of luck to you.

GOOD for you Shana - it may be better this way cause now you have a chance to calm down and deeeep breaths girl ! I bet you get some action if not today by the weekend. Once she sees the emails and gets her phone message she'll know you mean business.

Peeka is so upset that his best gal pal is being exploited over the internet he told me that he's gonna take a big bite out of her butt if she doesn't take them off he is fuming right along with you(he has a crush on Chloe ya know) lol i went through her page and she does have quite a few of your pics and you can bet all the rest of the ones on her site are stolen too
