| Hot Toddy? Anyone have the recoipe to the old fashioned "hot toddy'. I am coming down with the flu or something big time. i remember it is some kind of whiskey, honey and lemon? is that it? Thanks |

| I just googled and found this: 1 tbsp honey 3/4 glass tea 2 shots brandy 1 slice lemon Brew tea and fill a tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy. |

| Thanks. I am going to try the chicken soup first then as my last option the toddy. I had it once. drank it and went to bed. it sweated the cold out of me. I know it works. |

| Hope you feel better soon!!! You can't go wrong with the chicken soup or the toddy. My mom used to make cough syrup when I was little - peppermint and Jack Daniels - cured the cough for sure!! I've even made some and used it with my boys (after they got older that is).
