Hey girl!! Yeah...I had to have eye surgery...it wasn't fun to say the least! But thank GOD it's over with now and HOPEFULLY no more surgeries will be needed I go back to the doctor next Thursday for them to look at me, and then back again on Jan. 25th....so I am hoping and Praying that all looks well.

That was SO SWEET of you to post a thread regarding little Stedman!!! He is so flattered that he has been missed!!! He feels so special that he has so much love from everyone on YT!!!!

I will definitely be posting some new pictures soon!!! I am hoping to get some good Christmas ones taken either tonight or tomorrow night - I hope he is cooperative because he hasn't had the camera in his face for almost 3 weeks now - he is going to HATE it!!! LOL

That is great that you printed out some pictures of Steddy to take to the groomers on Friday - I just know that the Wookster will look absolutely PRECIOUS!!!!! Be sure and post some pictures of his new do!!! I can't wait to see them!!!! Stedman got another haircut yesterday - and he looks pretty good considering that I still can't see all that well, LOL! My hubby was a little nervous to have me cut his hair since I can't see too great...but he looks so much better!! He was long overdue for a trim!!!

On the other hand, I am so sorry for the pain you endured. Make sure you don't bend at the waist or make sudden fast movements. Try not to blow your nose either.

I too have heard and seen patients scream with the dye injection. I pray you NEVER have to go through that again.

Thank you!! Yes, I received a very LONG list of STRICT orders from my doctor about what not to do. She told me all about not bending down, not laying on my left side (I had to lay either FLAT on my back or on my right side), no blowing the nose, and if I had to sneeze (which I have been doing CONSTANTLY so I am kind of nervous about that....) she said to try and do it as LIGHTLY as I could. Boy is THAT hard!!!! Even when we make the trips back and forth to Houston I have to take a pillow and put the seat in the car all the way back and lay down, flat the entire time. No walking either - so it was the wheelchair for me while going back and forth to the hospital. And I don't know HOW many bottles of Purell I've been through since the surgery, LOL. I am just wondering if the stitches in my eye have fallen out yet. I read that after about 2 weeks some of the stitches in the eye get soft and fall out...and I MAY have felt one...but thats it. I am just hoping and Praying that the buckle they put around my left eye is still attached....and of course my Retina Thank you again and I will keep everyone updated and will be sure to post and let everyone know what the doctor says when I go back

Thank you I'm actually not sure about the pc....I'm sure it isn't the best to strain my eyes while reading, but my doctor didn't really say anything about watching t.v. or getting on the computer I guess that would be a good question to ask when I go back I have gotten lots of rest though - and have kept my eyes shut alot of the time (not to mention it was SWOLLEN shut for well over a week) so hopefully all is well...I am keeping my fingers crossed!

Thank you so much!!! I am thrilled to be back!!! I have missed everyone as well....it seems like I have been gone for months, LOL. My day just isn't complete unless I get my YT fix!!!
