Married male my wife's name is Barbara, we've a 8 year old Yorkie named Bella and have no kids. we live in Brushfork,VA. Ya I knew the person who your talking about. She goes to my church. and told me about YT. I aslo know she's not a member any more due to some issues. Anything esle?

If I wanted cheap crappy treats I'd go buy some nasty hard biscuits at petsmart, lol.

Your also in the beginning stages of your business so it will take a little while to figure out your turnaround time and how fast you can get out orders especially during a busy holiday season. Surely everyone will understnad this.

Your treats are awesome, my girls are HUGE fans and I appreciate all the effort and hard work you put into what you do and I will always be a customer!

to a fellow craftsperson who is stressin' out. One order at a time .... don't look at the "stack" waiting for you, just the one on top

It is a good thing that you have lots of orders coming in..... Try setting up a calendar wite down when each order comes in and the date when that ONE order will go out.... Be realistic with your turn-around times and write EVERY SINGLE order on the calendar, large and small. That way you have a visual of outstanding orders and promise dates. Most people don't mind waiting for a short while for quality as long as you communicate with them.

If I've learned something it's this...you can NEVER EVER EVER make everyone happy. Just because one person, or let's say five people didn't like your stuff, doesn't make it sh*t. I think it was inappropriate for someone (especially new and not knowing you or your items) to come on here and tell you about the not-so-great vest. I see people selling things all the time that I wouldn't dare put my furbaby in cuz I don't like it...but that doesn't mean I'll call it gross/cheap/etc. or try to convince other people not to buy it. To each his own.

Please don't let it bother you...because if you're like me, you try to let it roll off your shoulder, but it still stings.

Kristy that is great you are wanting to work from home so you can be there to care for and be with your little one. I admire you for doing so. Best wishes to you and remember all good things come from those that keep pushing on and think postive along the way. Success doesn't come from thinking negative, please keep that positive outlook, you will do great. As you progress with your business it will run smoothly and will be easy going. Remember that you are doing it so you can be home with your little girl and that makes it worth all the effort of having a home business.
