| ![]() i have about 6 chicken breasts i want to cook in the pressure cooker tonight for dinner cause its quick. i dont want to bake it , takes too long. dont want to fry,, too fatty.. dont want to bbq either...sooooooooooo how would i do this... ?? can i just season the chicken right, add some potatoes and help maybe add chicken broth... and>>>> im stuck now...... so thats why i need your help..... ... it would take a half hour tops... |

| ![]() I would put the chicken on the bottom, then add potatoes, cut up carrots, cup up onion and mushrooms (if you like mushrooms). Then add chicken broth, salt and pepper. It will come out great. Or skip the chicken broth and squeeze from lemon juice all over it.
