| Great you're on the mend. Your ins co will sue the guy for damages. But if you have a co pay they may not recover that. Plus he probably got a ticket for not having ins. |

|  Welcome Home!!! I am glad that you are back home! I know you feel alot better being at home! That sucks that you are still in pain! I hope that gets taken care of soon! That jerk......I didn't even know you could have a brand new truck w/o insurance.......don't you have to have proof of insurance when tagging a car? Ummmm....I think so, don't know though....I think we did w/ my truck! Anyway, that is horrible.....and then to try to make a deal on the side! What a jerk! Well, we are glad you are home even if you aren't feeling much better! Please let us know if you need anything! Mojo and I send hugs and kisses and get well wishes!

| No he had ins at one time, but had just recently cancelled it!  Nice! But still had the little form that said he had till whatever date... when in truth he did not! when we got home and called his co... they were like... Noooooooo he is NOT COVERED!  We were like WTF???  Not good!!! But thank Heavens for uninsured motorist coverage!!! I'm so glad my hubby is one of "those" guys... he covers all the bases... I love that about him...
