| Has anyone tried the Fruit Flush 3-day Detox? My boyfriend works at Vitamin Shoppe and got me the book because he's heard a lot of good things about the author (Jay Robb). Anyway, I guess it lasts for 3 days and the first day you drink a protein shake every two hours (no other food) and for your last meal you eat a raw veggie salad and lean meat. Second and third day you eat a serving of fruit every two hours and a raw veggie salad with olive oil, half a lemon, and a protein shake. It's supposed to help you lose up to 9 lbs in 3 days. Has anyone tried it? I'm such a hypocrite for even considering this since I've always believed in the old diet and exercise, but I really need a jump start in my diet and I like that this detox actually lets me eat some real food instead of just drinking liquids.
